Dear Friend,

Back in January, you helped us launch the campaign to stop General Mills from using rainforest-destroying palm oil.

Well, guess what? Your hard work is paying off! General Mills is listening.

Last week, General Mills committed to RAN that it will be adopting a new palm oil policy
that addresses their links to rainforest destruction. This is huge news! Now we really need your help to make sure we can seal the deal...

Write General Mills' CEO Ken Powell and let him know that you're counting on him to sign a strong policy to protect Indonesia's rainforests.

Where we are today is because of your committed support to protect Indonesia's rainforests and the animals and communities that depend on them. We thank you, sincerely. General Mills is working to ensure rainforest destruction is no longer the hidden ingredient in so many of their products, and it is because of you.

At this crucial juncture in the drafting of its new palm oil policy, we want to make sure that General Mills knows we are watching to ensure this policy has a real impact in stopping rainforest destruction.

That's where you come in...

Give General Mills one (hopefully) final push in the right direction. Ask CEO Ken Powell to create a strong policy to completely clear General Mills' supply chain of rainforest destruction.

Thank you so much for your continued support.
We're almost there!
